N & G

An enchanting late Summer wedding for N & G. The intimate woodland ceremony at Langley Castle in Northumberland was followed by celebrations in the Castle’s tipi. The most beautiful blush and cream roses with eustoma and ammi were used in the bridal bouquet of fresh flowers. The groom’s buttonhole was a simple Majolika spray rose. Roses and cafΓ© au lait dahlias with abundant lush foliage were used in a deconstructed arch and low bowls that featured on the wedding breakfast tables.

A joyful day that brought not just a wedding but also a baptism. The wedding ceremony was in Durham City, followed by celebrations at Otterburn Castle in Northumberland. The most beautiful mauve and blush roses with hydrangea, lavender, erygium and clematis also in delicate shades of blush and purple were selected for the bridal bouquet, buttonholes and corsages, and creamy white roses and green erygium for the bridesmaids.

Abundant Summer florals for this fabulous wedding. The ceremony took place in Pittington, Durham followed by celebrations at Bowburn Hall. For the wedding bouquet of fresh flowers, I included locally grown dahlias, garden roses, cosmos, phlox with pink CafΓ© au Lait dahlias, eustoma, larkspur, butterfly ranunculus and sweet peas - pinks and corals at their very best.

This was the first of two amazing wedding days. This intimate ceremony was held at the Durham Marriott Royal County in the heart of Durham City, and a blessing took place in Ireland a few weeks later. Purple and jewel tones were the brief, rich and vibrant with movement. The most stunning, locally grown garden roses with sweet peas, clematis, stocks, orchids and calla lilies - the bride’s favourite - were perfect for the bridal bouquet. A calla lily for the groom’s buttonhole and a mix of flowers for the bridal party buttonholes and corsages.

Such a special Summer day for this wedding. The ceremony was in Newton Aycliffe, followed by celebrations at Bowburn Hall in Durham. The only request was for a mix of vibrant, fresh flowers to reflect Summer and happiness following lockdowns. Coral garden roses, spray roses, eustoma with locally grown phlox, strawflowers and cornflowers were included across the wedding flowers. The bridal bouquet and groom’s buttonhole were so loved, they were preserved!
