These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions upon which Mindenwood Floral Design ("Mindenwood Floral Design, Mindenwood, I, we or us") make Mindenwood Floral Design at the domain name www.mindenwoodfloraldesign.co.uk as well as our mobile websites, and other related subdomain websites and services (collectively, the "Websites") available to you and any of our services, which are accessible on or via the Mindenwood Floral Design website.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and the Mindenwood Floral Design service.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our web site at any time. In using our site, you agree to accept and abide by all of our Terms & Conditions and act in accordance with the law. You may not alter, impair or interfere in any way with our web site. If you default negligently in any obligations set out in these Terms & Conditions, (including our Privacy Policy), you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Mindenwood Floral Design, our affiliates, partners. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

Floral products
All Products on this website (which may vary from time to time) are available in Tow Law, UK
Certain Products may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.
Some Products, Flowers and Plants may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us using the contact details set out below or by emailing hello@mindenwoodfloraldesign.co.uk.
All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 7 days after the intended delivery date.
We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 5 to 7 days from the date of delivery/collection, providing all care instructions have been followed.
Prices
Prices listed within the Service are valid for a maximum of 7 days from submitting your order.
Prices of products and delivery include VAT. Please note that from time to time, product and delivery prices on www.mindenwoodfloraldesign.co.uk may vary to those offered via telephone ordering or social media ordering.Product prices are subject to change without notice.
Order / Payments
During order submission, you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by PayPal. By clicking on the 'complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Online site.
Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on submission of an order.
We cannot accept Order Forms from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Delivery service
When gift bouquets or seasonal wreaths are available, we offer a local delivery service. Please check the delivery address is within 15 miles of DL13 4ER before placing an order. Ensure the delivery address is entered correctly and in full. We can not be held responsible for failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Give clear instructions as to where to leave the flowers if the recipient is not at home. Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, stating where the delivery has been left – either a safe place or with neighbours, based on customers’ instructions and our judgement of local conditions. We are not able to offer re-delivery if the recipient is out.
Flowers sent to business addresses and other organisations will be delivered to a main reception or collection point. We will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery.
Except for celebration days, deliveries will not be made on Sundays or UK public holidays or the day after a public holiday. Where orders have been placed for delivery on any of these dates and we are unable to contact you in time, we will deliver, where possible, the day before or the day after that date requested.
Our local delivery service delivers on the next working day of the order, if placed before 12.00pm, for a cost of £5.00 per delivery. Please note that no specific delivery time can be given or guaranteed.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform in our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, pandemic, lockdown or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
Cancellations
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
To amend or cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details set out below.
We regret that you may not cancel an order for: (i) perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or (ii) customised goods if, at the time you seek to cancel, the customisation process has begun.
You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent payment has been made by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent.

Because of the perishable nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
Disclaimer
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable measures to ensure that the Website is fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Website impossible or impractical.
We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
Abuse of Service: We reserve the right to refuse an order if we believe your use of our service (Mindenwood Floral Design) either directly or indirectly, is for any unlawful purpose, or, may cause distress or offence to any person.
Mindenwood Floral Design understands that it is under a legal duty to supply goods that are in accordance with the contract.
General
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and it your responsibility as the customer to review these terms and conditions each time you visit the website.
We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1998 (as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time).
